As always, we are operating on an Appointment Only basis

 

Covid Screening Questionnaires are sent to clients 24-48 hrs before their appointment.

 

We are still asking clients to wear a mask to their appointment, and to keep it on at all times (even when face down on the treatment table)

Lauren will be wearing a  Surgical Type II mask, and apron, all of which are changed/sanitised between clients

 

There is a 15 - 30 min gap between clients to allow for cleaning and ventilation of the room

 

We will have a window open throughout your treatment for ventilation(don't worry, you have a heated under-blanket, and the heating will be on to keep you toasty and warm). If it is too windy to have the window open, we have a HEPA air filter which will be switched on,

 

We have an extraction fan for use between appointments, to further promote fresh air/ventilation

 

The treatment room and reception are cleaned thoroughly between clients with a Covid killing disinfectant

 

Wall mounted hand sanitising units are available for use outside the main door, and inside the treatment room, their use is encouraged

 

ALL linens used are washed at minimum 60 Degrees C

 

All oil bowls washed first in boiling water, and then put through a dishwasher at 60 Degrees Ci

 

Lateral Flow Test to be completed by Lauren every Wednesday and Sunday

 

Details of every customer who has been on the premises kept, and will be made available to Test and Trace if required (as required by law)
