Security Policy
Rainbow Relaxation have appropriate measures in place to ensure that our users' Data is protected against unauthorised access or use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss. User Data may be transferred outside the Rainbow Relaxation to data processors such as fulfillment houses but they will act only on our instructions to provide the services required.

The Internet is a global environment. Using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by browsing the Rainbow Relaxation Sites and communicating electronically with us you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way. By agreeing to our transfer of your Data to third party organisations for them to send you details of products and services offered (as detailed above) you are deemed to provide your consent to any transfer of your Data to organisations based outside the European Economic Area.
User Access and Control of Data
If you wish to amend any of the Data which we hold about you, or update your marketing preferences, please contact us. Calls made to these numbers may be recorded for training and quality control purposes. In accordance with GDPR you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting the Privacy Officer by e-mail. We may charge the statutory allowable fee for provision of this information.
Children Under 14
We do not intentionally collect any information on children under 14 years of age (unless they are clients, in which case consultations are needed to be kept on file for 7 years to remain compliant with our insurance). We will undertake to delete any details of such users where a parent or guardian has notified us that any such details have been obtained.
Changes to this Policy
This policy is effective December 2011. From time to time we may make changes to this privacy policy statement to reflect any changes to our privacy practices in accordance with changes to legislation, best practice or website enhancements.
Terms & Conditions
Please note when booking your appointments online that we do payment card capture.
You may change your appointment up to 48hrs prior.
Appointments cancelled (or rescheduled) between 24 & 48hrs of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment booked.
Missed appointments, and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full.
For appointments booked with gift vouchers, the voucher will be forfeit.
* This does NOT include Covid symptoms. If you have/develop symptoms, or are identified as a close contact, OR have had a last-minute vaccine appointment WITHIN THE 48hrs, and need to isolate, cancellation charges will be waived.
If you already knew of this before the 48hrs but did not contact us, the charges still stand.
This will be charged to the card used to secure your booking.
*if there are extenuating circumstances, or you have been asked orto reschedule by us in lieu of the covid screening questionnaires, then there may not be a charge.
If using a gift voucher, the cost of the treatment will be deducted from the voucher in full. You may be subject to a further charge if the voucher does not cover the entire cost of the treatment booked.
For online initial consultation appointments that are missed, you will be subject to a £20 charge against this time. Please note that the consultation MUST be completed prior to the initial hands on appointment.
All Cancelled, Rescheduled, No Show, and Late Arrival bookings will be monitored. If this occurs on a regular basis then we reserve the right to refuse any future bookings and remove you from our database.
