Aromatherapy Massage
On the basis of the information provided in the consultation, and what you would like the treatment to achieve for you, Lauren will mix a blend of essential oils, which is designed to suit your individual needs. The blend can contain between three and six essential oils in a carrier oil base.
The process of having an aromatherapy massage is a wonderfully relaxing, soothing experience. Depending on your needs, the oils can be used to soothe, uplift, energise, relax or stimulate.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage
A deeply relaxing treatment, using smooth basalt stones which have been slowly heated to the perfect temperature. Lauren will hold the stones and perform the massage with them, as well as using some as placement stones to target problem areas.
The stones will gently ease away your stresses, leaving you floating away as if on a cloud.
Reflexology
Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to produce changes in pain and other benefits elsewhere in the body.
There are certain points or "reflex areas" on the feet and hands that are referred to specific organs and body parts. By applying pressure to reflex areas, a reflexologist is said to remove energy blockages and promote health in the related area, bringing the body back into balance.

We use products from AA Skincare, as well as making up masks from scratch using clay powders, for those with more delicate skin. All products are chosen to suit your skin type. During a facial you will have a cleanse, scrub, mask and a moisturising massage. A patch test may be necessary.
